Genesis Workstation Packages – Policy Center

 

Welcome to the Genesis Workstation Shop. Below are the official policies governing all purchases made through our store. These policies ensure clarity, protect both parties, and help you get the most from your experience.

 

1. Privacy Policy

 

We collect minimal personal information to process your order and assist with onboarding. This may include your name, Gmail address, shipping address, CSP ID, and phone number. We do not sell or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Your information may be shared only with trusted services such as Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later (for financing), Amazon (for order fulfillment), and Asurion (for warranty coverage). 2. Payment & Billing Policy

 

We accept payment via Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, and major debit/credit cards. Payments through third-party financing providers are subject to their terms and approval processes. All charges are processed at the time of purchase. If your order is not approved by your selected financing provider or payment fails, your order will not be fulfilled. Any changes to billing details must be submitted before the order is finalized.

 

3. Terms of Service (TOS)

 

By purchasing a workstation package, you agree:

  • You are at least 18 years old and reside within the continental U.S.

  • You will not misuse the product or resell it as Genesis-certified equipment.

  • Genesis is not responsible for misuse, third-party damage, or unauthorized modifications.

  • We reserve the right to update our product availability, pricing, and policies without notice.

 

4. Warranty & Protection Plan

 

Each workstation includes a 2-Year Asurion Protection Plan from the date of shipment. This plan covers hardware defects, power issues, and manufacturer-related failures. It does not cover accidental damage unless otherwise stated in the Asurion terms. Customers must file claims directly through Asurion. Genesis is not responsible for warranty decisions made by Asurion.

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

 

Returns must be initiated directly through Amazon using the return instructions and original packaging. Once the product is received and confirmed by Amazon, Genesis will initiate the refund through the financing provider (if used). Purchasers may be assessed a return processing fee based on Amazon’s condition report. Products returned damaged or incomplete may receive a partial refund or be denied.

 

6. Shipping Policy

 

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon and shipped to residential addresses in the continental U.S. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once available. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues.

 

7. Contact & Support Policy

 

For questions regarding your order, access to your Agent Folder, or technical compatibility, please email admin@genesis-info.com. Support requests are answered within 1–2 business days. Genesis does not provide in-depth tech support for your personal devices outside of the equipment we ship.

Q: Can I use this computer even if I don’t work for Genesis?
A: Yes! Our computers are designed to meet or exceed standards across the remote call center industry.

 

Q: What if I already own a computer but it failed compatibility checks?
A: That’s exactly why we offer these packages—to help you get started quickly without guesswork.

 

Q: Can I exchange instead of return?
A: We do not currently process direct exchanges. You must return the item and place a new order.

 

Q: How do I file a warranty claim?
A: Contact Asurion directly using the information provided with your order.
